Growing bigger, year by year
During its 1994/95 Financial Year, THAI AIRWAYS 's "Cargo Village" in Bangkok handled a total of 543,000 tons, including that of its own customers and that of 60 customer airlines. Of that amount, THAI AIRWAYS Cargo's own operations accounted for just over 50 percent, or about 80 percent of all the air cargo routed through Bangkok.

The THAI AIRWAYS Cargo worldwide routenet covers 76 cities in 35 countries on four continents, with more than 350 flights each week to key cities in Europe, Australasia, and North America, 36 Asian cities, and 23 THAI AIRWAYS towns.

New THAI AIRWAYS Freighter Service.
THAI AIRWAYS Cargo now offers full freighter services with its own freighter Boeing 747-200F to four major freight routings: Bangkok to Frankfurt v.v. , Bangkok to Paris v.v , Bangkok to Seoul v.v. and Bangkok to Taipei v.v. In addition to its own freighter service, THAI AIRWAYS cargo has also entered into a joint venture cooperation with Air France Cargo and a blocked space agreement with Lufthansa Cargo for the maximum benefit of intertrade growth between Bangkok, Asian Leading Cargo hub and European Cargo gateways, Paris and Frankfurt.
