The privilege of flying First or Royal Silk Class is achieved by few. It acknowledges having reached high professional or social status, a level of attainment deserving, and expecting, exceptional standards.

The tired traveller can take a refreshing shower, or simply relax the lounge with visual and audio entertainment. There are even private rooms with electric massage chairs and Thai traditional massage by professional masseur to gently soothe tired muscles.

If business is still in mind, there are writing desks, a private office and boardroom for meetings. The traveller may also make telephone calls, or send a fax.

And to avoid that last minute crush in the plane side waiting area, First Class passengers will be called from their lounge and accompanied by special unit staffs to transfer to the gate just a few miutes before departure.
Staff in the lounge are pleased to help in any way, and are skilled in arranging onward connections, check-in, reservation, transit, or other travel assistance.
