International Flights

Aircraft docks at the second floor of the concourse except in case of aircraft remotely parked from where you have to be bussed. You then proceed to the arrival lounge for immigration formalities and on to the baggage claims area. There are 17 baggage carousels for international flights. After picking up your baggage and exiting through Customs, you then proceed to the arrival hall where you can find information and service counters regarding transportation, accommodation, money exchange and tourism. The meeting point is on the third Floor . For group travel, passengers have to go to the 1st Floor to board their coach. Royal First Class passengers will be accompanied through the Immigration Fast Track Service. Royal Silk Class passengers are also entitled to Immigration Fast Track Service.


Domestic Flights

Aircraft operating domestic flights will dock at second floor of the concourse building. You then proceed to the arrival lounge to pick up your baggage before moving to the arrival hall. There are five baggage carousels in the baggage reclaim area for domestic flights.
